The challenge workouts are only available during the 28-day challenge. They will not be available after the challenge ends, nor are they downloadable for later.
If you are already a member of the Midlife Fit Club and sign up for the challenge, your existing plans will be superseded by the challenge, and you will need to reset your plans subscription plans and sign up for the challenge, the challenge will supersede your existing plans, and your plans will need to be reset later.
This is a one-time fee, not a subscription, so there is no need to cancel after signing up.
The challenge workouts will be added to your schedule 2 days before the challenge start date.
